The sweet nothings, a traded game,
Bred a simple animosity.
Yet, one exchange,
Between mouths,
Ignites a flicker, a curiosity.
We go our separate ways,
Perplexed, yet stirred,
Undeniable attraction.
Is this going to hurt?
Wild entanglement of limbs,
A soulful meeting of eyes.
Flowing mellifluous fluids,
Running down our thighs
Sensation, heat, elation
Emits from every pore.
I know it’s only nature
And yet—
I long for more.
Light and reason wake me
To your crystal gaze
Hearts held in captivity
In a mere matter of days
Are my wax wings melting?
Are we getting too close?
Attachment overwhelming
Is what I fear the most.
